I went to the Freeport facility to do the paperwork for a unit I rented at their location in Myrtle Beach I was greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. Larry and Roger were professional, courteous and extremely helpful! It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them! This place is misleading. They lure you in with a promotion price on a unit that's not available once you actually get there and try to offer you a unit that is off of the floor. Then after only 5 months of renting they raise your rent without even notifying you and tell you that your not locked into any amount for more than 30 days. Customer service is just unsatisfactory and they don't try to work with you at all. I am never renting from this place gain and would not recommend to anyone. Pure crooks.
Awesome service, renting was quick and easy. Personnel are professionals, they would walk you through step by step. Nice and clean environment. Excelent place to rent extra space.
