My taxi driver dropped me off at my location, and he claimed I didn’t pay, even though I payed him when I got into the cab. He was very disrespectful & I highly recommend you DONT use this taxi service.
Takes forever tells me they on the way not even here. Still waiting on the cabs. Good price good cabs drivers some are complete a$$holes office dispatchers are terrible. Waited for 30 mins

I wish I could give them zero stars. Called for a taxi and was told 15 mins. It was over an hour before it finally showed up and the driver picked-up and dropped off someone else first. I called to complain to a supervisor and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that the driver is innocent--I told him the customer is innocent too. It's the company and their disregard for their customers that's guilty. This company will not get another dime from me and I suggest everyone think about where you spend your money. Don't spend with companies that don't value and respect their customers.
They never pick up the phone. And they drivers have no consideration, it was only me and the driver and he was driving me home then he picked up two drunk guys. Like seriously I'm a 19 year old girl and you pick up two drunk guys, he was asking for something bad to happen. Honestly that was the most stupid thing I have ever seen anyone do.
